    3. Hi Russell I have often thought the same i.e. visiting Port Jackson in the 'very' early days although I must admit I would prefer to be invisible at the time. I don't know if I could cope with some of the characters around in those days.:) regards Lesley Uebel mailto:ckennedy@bigpond.net.au CLAIM A CONVICT http://users.bigpond.net.au/convicts/index.html -----Original Message----- From: aus-pt-jackson-convicts-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:aus-pt-jackson-convicts-bounces@rootsweb.com]On Behalf Of Russell Sent: Saturday, March 07, 2009 3:10 PM To: aus-pt-jackson-convicts@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [PJ] Time travel Good scenario Lesley, A concept I've often thought about - I imagine materialising at The Rocks in late 1808 and heading up to the pub 'The Cornwallis Frigate' to have a chat with Joseph Morley of the Second Fleet. Over a few ales I would extract all the answers to the questions that in this present age I know can't be answered. After him I would work my way down the list of 9 or so related convicts and their kin and collect their stories in detail. Sigh - in my dreams. Regards, Russell, Brisbane
