Hi Lesley and List I think I would visit Isaac Perrett (Hadlow 1818) first. He is one of my second great grandfathers and the Perrett family is the ancestral line to which I have had the most contact. My mother's mother Mary Maud Perrett, born in Singleton in 1880, was the youngest of 13 children, and I still have contact with quite a few of my second cousins in the that line, and have had since I was a child. My grandmother's father George, born in Singleton in 1832, was the son of Isaac Perrett and Mary Ross (her father John Ross - Duke of Portland 1807 and mother Elizabeth Bennett - Canada 1810). I would like to thank Isaac Perrett for becoming an honest, hardworking citizen and for laying the foundation for the generations that have followed. Happy 8th birthday PJ list.
