Thank you Cathy for this helpful information. William Blake of Wexford, per Sugar Cane would be 46 and William of Tyrone, per Minerva would be 40 in 1817, so either one is still a possibility. There are some references to his wife Harriott in the Col Sec papers so that might help to eliminate one of them.
