Hi Kath and Listers, Does anyone know if there is any connection between Kath's Thomas Collison and the Thomas Collison family in Richmond NSW who were around in the 1850-1900 + period? Best regards.........Ian Nicholls.
Ian I am not sure, but Thomas was the son of John Collison/Collinson who arrived as a convict on the Glory in 1818 and was living in Windsor when he married. Both Thomas Collison per Countess of Harcourt and John Collison/Collinson per Glory (with his brother Joseph?) were tried in London, although 11 years apart.
