Hi List, I was just wondering if anyone was interested in having a "Lookups Available" page on AUS-NSW-WEST? In particular, these are great where someone has a record in the same room as the computer, and can quickly do lookups for people. They are not intended for exhaustive research, or to replace proper research enquiries to family history groups and historical societies, who use research money earned to buy new records. For example, as soon as I can compile an index to my history of Tibooburra, I would list that I have that index/book available for lookups. I am quite happy to put the page up on the Westies Web Site, but will need others to volunteer, by e-mailing me on [email protected] the details of records they have that they are willing check.
