I cannot access the Queensland paper the "North West Star" here in Sydney and I was wondering if a Queensland reader might do me the favour of photocopying two articles and either posting or email them to me. The NSW State Library keeps loads of papers on microfilm but unfortunately not those for regional Queensland. The first article appears on Page 3 on Wednesday 6th May 1970 and the second is on page 4, Thursday 7th May 1970 edition. The articles about a man shot near Cloncurry on the Flinder's Highway. I am happy to pay all costs and or return the favour with something down here. I am frequently out at the NSW State Archives and the NSW State Library. (way too frequently sometimes :-)) I also visit many cemeteries etc down this way. Actually when my son goes back to school in a few weeks and has to write the classic essay "what I did in my holidays" his will read - "I visited 10 different cemeteries......"
