Hello Everyone,i have just joined the list and hope i am on the right one.I am tracing my FURPHY line and believe that JAMES[OR JOHN] FURPHY left PORTADOWN in Ireland when he joined the british army and moved to Clydebank in Scotland.He had a daughter Kathleen who married Bill Lewis and they had a son William and we think they lived in PERTH around 1954.We think it is Perth Australia not Scotland.Any hint of recognition would be gratefully rec'd and also could you let me know if i am on the right list ,Thanks Suzanne Newport Gwent UK
