Has anyone any idea where Bunneringee Station was in 1840s?? Possibly on the Darling River?? An acestor gave his occupation as "Overseer, Bunneringee Station" on his marriage certificate at Wentworth I'd be grateful for any assistance. Hi Kay, I have an atlas that has Bunneringee Homestead approximately 40miles north of Wentworth( which is just West of Mildura) Bunneringee is just to the East of the Ana Branch of the Darling River and is a couple (maybe 5 to 10) kilometres south of Milkengay Lake. If you draw a line between Wentworth and Broken Hill you should see it (if its on the map). I hope this helps Good Luck Paul Stretton ----- Original Message ----- From: Kay Williams <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, December 08, 2000 8:46 PM Subject: [NSW-W] Bunneringee Station > Has anyone any idea where Bunneringee Station was in 1840s?? Further to Paul's good description of the location of Bunnerungie Station, the property is still a going concern today, under the proprietorship of P & C Larwood. Their address is Bunnerungie Station, Via Wentworth, NSW 2648. Phone/Fax 03 5027 0220. Cheers and Christmas blessings to all fellow listers. Mal
