    3. On the 1908 electoral the name was written as Charles Barnes Efford. This one person was apparently a cousin to Mary ann Parker, nee Sutton. Her parents were Jams Sutton and Ann Jane Sutton nee Barnes. I cannot find a Laurence Suton on my tree or Esther Barnes. But. with the amount of brick walls I have hit I guess there is a chance of a connection somewhere.
