Hi Harold, Electoral Rolls are available at the State Library in Sydney - which doesn't help you much from where you are. I am afraid that I am too snowed under with other things to do a 20 year lookup for you at the moment. If someone else can't do it for you in the meantime, remind me of what you are after in about a month and I'll see what I can find for you. There are the 1887 Property Holders that I have done for the areas that you mention - but this does not cover everyone living in the areas.
