    2. Judy Tuccinardi
    3. I am looking for any information about this couple and their childre. John Mawdsley Nash was b in Oxton, Cheshire, England and was a surveyor and council clerk. Ethel Laura Brown was born in Four Bob, NSW. John and Ethel were married in Condobolin, NSW on Sept. 17, 1901. He was 48 and she was 21. Father of John was Joseph Gadsden Nash and his mother was Ellen Mawdsley. Father of Ethel was Sarah Maria Harris and her father was Charles William Thurlow Brown. Charles was a stock and station agent. Please let me know if there is another mailing list that might be more geographically specific that I could subscribe to- I am not familiar with these 2 areas so am not sure which one would be best. I thought I'd start here. Thanks for any help! Judy

    3. Hi Mary, I dunno - reckon Jamesville might be a bit too far south for you - although the time is about right for when my family had it. It was a very small place, sandwiched in between Burtundy and Studley, and looks as if it was excised from Cavan. Depends how big the define the Broken Hill area as, but I would call it more Wentworth. I suspect there are heaps of small places out there that has disappeared where there is no record of the property names. 3. Good Morning to Everyone, Thank you to Linda and Tony for your replys. I suspect that it is Jamesville - south of Menindee that I am looking for. My research is on a George Henry Taylor and wife Evelyn who had three children registered in Broken Hill in the early 1900's and believed to have lived at South James Station in the Broken Hill area, which I have never heard of. I would appreciate any information. Thank You Mary

    3. Hello All, I have decided to attack a different branch of the tree as I am stuck with my Anthoney research. Does anyone on the list have any information about the QUIGLEY family. William QUIGLEY and his wife Margaret (or Bridget) arrived in Australia in approx. 1880 from Ireland and they may have had as many as 16 daughters. The only child I know for certain is Bridget b.1845 Ireland who married William LAWLER. On that marriage certificate her father William is listed as the Innkeeper at Moulamein. This pub stayed in the family for many years through different family members. Can anyone give me a lead on any of Williams other children. TIA Cate

    3. Hmmmm, having seen Tony's as usual excellent search, this is obviously not an easy question to answer. Mary, can we have a context, please????? I was somehow trying to fit Jamesville Station into it - a Barraclough property on the lower Darling, between Pooncarie and Wentworth. Obviously not!
