    1. [NSW-W] Anyone know any hotels???? Or Books????
    2. Linda Barraclough
    3. Hi List, Jac and I have been beavering away adding properties to the NSW-West home page at http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~surreal/NSWW/ and a hotels page has also been added. But what I would really like to know, is what are some of the good books about the area? Is there a history of Wilcannia? Or Pooncarie? Then I can chase them up through interlibrary loan. All suggestions welcome, and I will put them on the reading page. Makes much better content than the Gippsland one I have there as an example. So feel free to nominate books on the area that you like/have used to the list. Cheers Linda Barraclough Briagolong, Victoria, Australia e-mail [email protected] Listowner AUS-NSW-WEST

    3. Hi List, Just to say I have been having a lovely time in http://www.nla.gov.au/servlet/imagesearch which is really a search engine that includes the PICMAN database from the State Library of NSW. It has the most loveliest sets of photos of Wilcannia and White Cliffs, and probably heaps of other places. Heaps and heaps of Paddle Steamers and barges, some very clear. Lots of nice buildings, camels etc. Just type in your town and go for it. Must go and see what I can find for Brewarrina.
