Hi Tracey A couple of years ago I did a history of a building at Neutral Bay - Lansdowne, now an aged care residence. I found the following references very helpful: GVF Mann, Municipality of North Sydney, History and Progress from earliest settlement 1788-1938 LF Mann, 'Early Neutral Bay', RAHS Journal 18, 1932 Pt IV Stanton Library at North Sydney has a great local history section, including rate books. I suggest you contact their local history librarian before your Sydney visit. Parking there can be difficult. If you find out that Weymouth was anywhere near the Kurraba Point part of Neutral Bay you might want to do this walk - very interesting and historic - this pamphlet also contains some local history. http://www.northsydney.nsw.gov.au/resources/documents/35_KurrabaPoint.pdf Jill
