I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about where I might be able to obtain a copy of a will. My great x 3 grandfather died in 1898 in North Sydney. His probate file was available at State records, however there was no actual copy of the will. Does anyone know where else a copy may have been? Kind Regards Tracey.

Hi Tracey It might be good to tried doing a search of Trove Newspapers to see if anything legal is mentioned in a paper. This way you might find out if he had a will or if it was dealt with by letters of administration.
