By looking at www.ryersonindex.org I found that there is an Arthur WEBB died in BELMORE and a notice published in the Sydney Morning Herald on 8 May, 1959. Also on the same website Florence WEBB died at BELMORE with her notice published in the same paper on 7 July, 1971. Each noticed should show Raymond as a child, and on the same site you may well find his Death amongst the 3.5 million entries there. To get the wording of the notices there is an icon on the main page "Requesting a Lookup" and from there one of the volunteers will send you the details. You may find a marriage for Raymond on the NSW BDM website, but without supporting information you may pick the wrong one.
