Hi Patrick - I have a Rosanna Riley MOORE died 31 May 1886 at Hospital for Insane, Gladesville. She is buried 3rd June 1887 in Hospital Cemetery, Gladesville. Undertaker T. Folkard and Minister Z. Muraine she was RC. I very much doubt there was any headstone but maybe a mention somewhere as to where is actually is???
