    3. Personally I am a fan of Full Disclosure. But everyone will have different opinions on that. I expect that people run things to make money, that is life, but I think consumers are astute and like to trust processes and so for me I think it relevant to know the motives behind why someone does something. Especially when they are selling access to public records, which rather might be a duty of the Governments that hold those records, by law, for and of people. I guess Governments can't allow exclusive licences to particular religious denomination, as they would be a fraught with issues. In regards to Spectrum I guess the question is - are the shareholders also members of the Mormon denomination and if so would that would mean the Mormons own Ancestry, and thus the Government is giving exclusive licences to a particular denomination? For example, would we, the public, approve of our Governments to give an exclusive right to sell access to our public records to say, (and this only an example) Buddhists, Islamic groups, Catholics, Protestants or Athiests. Would we be happy with any of these making profit from our countries public records. I believe I read that Ancestry are moving their headquarters to Ireland, so I am assuming the Governments there have approved a sell of public records access there. Might be good news for us consumers, but just as a thought, would it not behove those Governments to create employment for their own people, by enabling Irish organisations to access and make available those records, for a profit of course as does Spectrum. Create employment, generate cash flow for the country, and re-connect communities. Or is it as one dear friend described it: The Celtic Tiger Was Shot For Its Coat! I could not locate a list of the investors in Spectrum.
