    3. Good morning Marg: In my research of Nurse Elvy BROWN: Last night: I stumbled across an article in the SMH dated 28 Apr 1972 re a "Nurse Elvy BROWN", wherein it states that she turned 60 on this day and that she had been "Abandoned in a Newcastle Street at the age of three". I only ever knew my BROWN as "Nurse BROWN" and believe that the above mentioned woman to be my Nurse BROWN. She has been found in the Electoral Rolls: 1949 - Glebe (Nurse) 1954 - Newtown (Nurse) I am keen to learn if there was an Elvy BROWN b) Newcastle 1912? I am also most interested to perhaps learn what happened to Nurse Elvy BROWN after 1954, as she just seems to have vanished. As yet: Elvy BROWN hasn't been found pre 1949 and after 1954, except popping up in 1972 to donate all her life's savings into the "Nurse Elvy BROWN Scholarship Trust" for the education of underprivileged children". In 1972; she was "Seriously ill", but cannot find a Death or Burial for her? It's all a bit of a mystery, which: it would be nice to have solved? Robert KEMSLEY
