I did not see your c.2007 enquiry. My personal "War Service" as a Year 7 schoolboy was subcontracting to a subcontractor, in mfr of trivial parts for Bren Gun Carriers engines, AND the mfr of camouflage net needles. We made the camouflage needles from fine grained timber, "coachwood"??? each approx 17cm long, 3.5 cm wide, 7mm thick..... all edges rounded and sanded to be smooth. Apart from that...... Don't Mention the War!!!!!! ;~) Alistair ======== BCC recips, No Reply thanks.
