Robert, Go to the 'tools' bar at the top then go to message rules..click on that and the go to blocked list you can undo it there.. Sincere thanks to all those who responded to my query re "Unblocking", "Blocked" Messages. It's ever so very easy when you know how; but the problem now is to work my way though all the "Blocked" messages from "Spammers" to find the one I want to "Unblock"? Kindest Regards: Robert KEMSLEY
