I have been following this discussion with some interest. I got two probate packets from State Records at Kingswood, neither of which contained wills. They contained a wealth of interesting information - inventories of property, accounts to be finalised after death and so on, but no wills. So I think wills are obtained from the Supreme Court, not State Records. Is that other people's experience? Thanks Jill
