When I first posted a query about my g-grandparents Madeline and Arthur Baxter some weeks back, I had been spurred on by finding by accident a 2001 posting on a rootsweb mailing list from a Diane Armstrong (possibly in Sydney) - I emailed her - no reply - I'm assuming it's an old email address - re the Baxters she was then at the same "brick wall" as me so I would love to make contact with her. If anybody on the list knows her, I'd love to hear. Have to report that Henry is still a mystery, but I now have 2nd marriage and death certs for Madeline, lots of info and a death cert for her father Thomas in Sydney, info about his parents in Kew - largely thanks to being "kick-started" by people on this list!
