It appears to be a Centenary of Federation project (i.e. 2000). Most of the content seems to have appeared around 2001. The latest News item mentions a book launch on Wed 19 March. The last time 19 March was a Wednesday was in 2003. Lots of pages (now in 2006) are still under development, suggesting not much has happened since. It's clearly a professionally developed site, which suggests to me that its development probably stopped when the funding finished. It looks like someone had a good idea, but didn't really think through how to develop it in a scalable sustainable way. So, I'd contact them and check if they are still working on the site before sitting down and preparing material for them. Kerry
