It may or may not indicate what type of the burial. The certificate MIGHT indicate if he was married. Hospital records and / or death certificate might indicate a wife and children's names. The information would only be included if known, presumably at time of admission. HOWEVER, see the procedure if you want access: http://www.records.nsw.gov.au/archives/archives_in_brief_85_2146.asp My guess is that depending on how much or which part of the case history you want, will depend the ease of accessibility and willingness to do photocopies etc. If you just want things such as: name of patient name of facility dates of admission dates discharge/death it may be far easier than the detailed case records.
