Hello Listers Am searching for the birth ..marriage..death of...surname Abrahams married to Rose Coure in Port Said....came to Australia..he deserted her ..she then married Joseph Patrick Reeves (nickname Cobber)1886???.who is supposed to have come from Tasmania..we do know he died on 27/7/1967 and is buried with Rose, my husbands Grandmother.. Cobber and Rose had no children..she had Myrtle Mary Abrahams, Alma Margaret,my hubbys Mum,John Joseph Abrahams,and Eileen Abrahams. any help at all on the Abrahams side of the family would be appreciated.Also on Joseph Patrick??? Hi Dot, National Archives lists a soldier who served in WW2 named John Joseph Abrahams who was born in 1918. He gives his next of kin as Joseph Abrahams. Could this be your man?
