Dear Marie I picked up my copy at the SAG conference a year or so ago. I do not remember how much it cost - probably $20+ for each register - there are 2 that I have. Perhaps someone else, who knows, will see this e-mail. I am having trouble contacting SAG just at the moment to check whether it is still available there If it is a small item, maybe I can help look it up for you.
