Hi Colleen Its easy to chat to someone off list or email them to thank them for something. Copy and paste their email address into a new email and then chat away Howard Newcastle Colleen wrote I find this digest mode suits me best but am having problems when I just want to answer a someone on the list 'off list' - it seems that all the 'thank you's' etc go onto the mailing list - takes up space and sometimes you just want to chat to someone 'off list'.
