Hi Louise Mine made the famous "E H Sydney" cycle shoes and "Little Lady" girls and maids shoes - copied from their letterhead. My father remembers making cycle shoes for (Sir) Hubert Opperman. Those were the days when shoes were made in Australia. My father then went on to teach bootmaking at Sydney Tech but eventually they had so few students he was made redundant. No one wanted to learn.
