Hi Hilda, Royalene, Bill etc who answered my request to not 'chat' on the list to everyone - sometimes there is not an email address to actually reply to and have no choice but to go thru the list. When there is an email address it is easy to just copy and paste. Another tip was to put into my email address book in my inbox but that doesn't suit me as sometimes is the case that I don't want to keep the address as it might just be a 'one off conversation' Margaret suggested I hit reply and they should all come up but this didn't happen. .
