    1. Re: [ANS] Albert Hessey and Maude
    2. Thanks so much Lorette! That may explain why he was living at Wangaratta but died at Heidelberg - probably at the Repatriation Hospital. It also means he fibbed about his age. He is supposed to have been born around 1891. If he was born in 1896 he would have been 14 years (instead of 9 years) younger than his wife and was only 18 when his daughter was born! I will NOT make comments about toy boys! Perhaps on the other hand I should keep an open mind in case the WW11 fellow may have been his son? Jenny "found Albert Hessey enlisted WW2 born 28 Janury 1896 Leeds Yorkshire England Next of Kin Matilde Hessey enlisted 1940 victoria - discharged 1940 http://www.naa.gov.au/the_collection/recordsearch.html also listed http://www.ww2roll.gov.au\ I feel that this is your Albert Hessey he may have married before coming to Australia regards Lorette" ________________________________________________________________________ Check out the new AOL.
