    3. Thanks for that tip Gary. My g grandfather was a yeast maker and I have been trying to find archives on the Sydney breweries. Haven't had much success in the Mitchell. Will now follow up these archives you mentioned. Have you used the Noel Butlin archives yourself? Will post this on the listserve as well, as I might find others with knowledge of the former Sydney breweries. Alison Giles
