    3. HAT- www.hat-archive.com has a 16000 entry database of people associated with the Australian theatre between the years 1860-1960. It also has photos and articles about Australian Theatre History. If you had ancestors involved in the Australian Theatre, you may find them at HAT- www.hat-archive.com. This months updates; The database ( after almost being lost) has now got 16000 entries, an addition of 200 since the last update. I have added an article about the Maskelyne and Devant company that visited Australia in 1908. I also added a couple of pictures. I am currently looking for people who worked with the WEA or Brisbane Repertory company during the 1930s-1950s, I have been given some pictures from the period and would like to have the people in them identified. If you can help, please email me. I now have a live journal at http://theotherhat.livejournal.com/ Mark St Leon, Australia's famous circus historian, is presenting a five part series on 'Australia's Travelling Showpeople', through the WEA in Sydney. Please ring the WEA if you are interested in attending any sessions. Other than that, please have a look at the site, and don't forget my book on Houdini which is available through Ginninderra Press at http://www.ginninderrapress.com.au, just search for Houdini. Thanks for your time, good luck with your research and I look forward to your visit Leann www.hat-archive.com HAT- History of Australian Theatre
