Dear Karen, Those papers obviously survived, not so much as an Inquest, but as a charge relating to illegal burial. Someone I know has been piecing together a lot of information relating to cemeteries that have closed, and he has come across many illegal burials. Thanks Bill. I think a lot of illegal burials were due to families being too poor to afford a plot and to quickly take care of a sad event.
