    1. [ANS] Looking for WILSON cousins/WARBURTON second cousins
    2. Mark Goodsell
    3. Dear Listers, I am hoping that someone can help me make contact with my cousins, or their descendants. Previous posts in this regard were sent to the NSW and SYDNEY Lists in Nov. 2007 and Jan. 2008, and were met with some success. My aunt; Patricia GOODSELL was born 20th March 1915 in Bombala NSW. She married John WILSON (born Gippsland Vic. 1891) on 29th January 1934, at Annandale in Sydney. At the time, they were residing at 263 Balmain Road, Lilyfield. Four children were born of the marriage, three of whom survived to adulthood. Eunice Sylvia (1934), Patricia Dawn (known as Dawn) (1935), Brian Henry (died in infancy 1937) and Bruce ? (1938). Eunice wed James Alfred WARBURTON in 1950 at Balmain and they had three children; Lynette C. (1952), Judith A. (1953) and James F. WARBURTON (1956). Eunice died 14th May 1966 at 13 Undola Rd. Helensburg after self-ingesting arsenic while in a disturbed state of mind ( Coroner's findings). Following Eunice's death, it appears that James Alfred WARBURTON and the three children returned to the home of his mother (Phyllis) at 147 Evans St. Rozelle, as this is where he died on 15th October 1971 aged 38 years. At this stage the youngest of the three WARBURTON children (James F.) would have been about 15 or 16 years of age, and not that much older when his grandmother Phyllis died 27th Dec. 1974. I have been unable to find James F. WARBURTON on the Electoral Roll nor is he listed in the Ryerson Index so have been unable to make contact via this avenue. Presumably his sisters; Lynette and Judith would have married however their details are not as yet available on the BDM website. Is there an Index of Marriages advertised in newspapers similar to the Ryerson Index of death notices in newspapers that is available? Dawn WILSON married Richard Pearce NORTHEY in 1957 and I have been able to contact him and confirm that they were later divorced. Once again an Index of Marriages post 1959 would be of significant use. I have no information on Bruce ? WILSON other than a rough idea of his age from my aunts death certificate, not even his second christian name. Richard NORTHEY told me that he was in the army, but I have been unable to confirm that on the National Archives website. Thanks in advance, Mark GOODSELL
