Cant see any death of a Mary Ann EVANS to 1901 that fits or a marriage of any Mary Ann Elizabeth in VIC records ? Where did Joseph EVANS come from ? > > > I did locate a birth record in NSW for a Mary Ann INNIS which appeared to > be > 1837 (registration V18371583 34A/1837) That looks a bit strange as was supposedly for a baptism at Carcoar . Carcoar wasnt surveyed till 1838 - other records give a birth year > of > 1835-1836. When I received this certificate it stated the birth was 27 Apr > 1849, baptism 02 May 1849 - I thought the 1837 at the end of the > registration would indicate the year of the event?
