In amongst the Divorce File of which I've a copy; is a document I took to be the "Decree Nisi" (It has "Decree Nisi" on it) which says in effect: "That if you marry again before this decree shall have been made absolute you will be guilty of bigamy"; going on to quote the Matrimonial Section and it's implications etc. When apply for the documentation; it was $15 for a copy of the file, plus an extra $46 for the "Decree Nisi" which I had believed I had a copy of, but now; I am uncertain and wonder why the "Decree Nisi" would cost an extra $46? If I've not the actual "Decree Nisi"; what would it involve or tell me that I may not already know? Would there be other paperwork involved with it? Robert KEMSLEY
