Hi again Kaye The will should be all I need to see who Tressie left her property to shouldn't it. She only had one daughter Gloria and I just need to know what her married surname was then I can take it from there. I'm not sure what difference there is between a Last Will and Testament and a Probate Package but I'm sure the Will of Tressie will surfice for my purposes. Kind regards Dianna

Dianna, yes the will will list the property and who it was left to and hopefully the married name... I hope it is available for you. As I said previously, there were a couple that I could not get, but I was able to get most of the wills that I was searching. The probate has all the correspondence relating to the will and often there are death certs etc...
