    3. Dear Christine, There are two newspapers in the Shoalhaven and Nowra area. They are: 1. Shoalhaven and Nowra News published by Rural Press Ltd Phone: 02 4421 2999; 2. the South Coast (Nowra) Register. ( Established 1885) this one is published by Rural Press as well. They should be able to help put you in touch with a local historical society or group who would have copies of newspapers prior to there own, hopefully.
