Hi Nicole, It is possible to order later certificates, you would have to know the date of birth & send a snail mail order form to NSW BDM, it's been a while since I sent for one but I think you can print the order form out on line, just state the relationship or that it is for family history research. I didn't have any trouble getting my Grandfather's death certificate and he died in 1957. Regards, Anne Clark, In Sydney. Researching the following Surnames in NSW. Hi Ann, From your wording below it sounds like you don't have to know the date of death to obtain the certificate if you know the date of birth? That would be very handy! I imagine there would be a search fee? Hi Katrina, I am not sure whether you could obtain a certificate in this manner, I knew the death date of my grandfather, he is buried at Rookwood so I called them & found out. There may be a search fee involved if you did not know the date of the record you are looking for, I am not sure about that. Regards, Anne. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Katrina" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, June 30, 2004 8:41 AM Subject: Re: [A-NSW-S] > > Hi Ann, > > From your wording below it sounds like you don't have to know the date of death to obtain the > certificate if you know the date of birth?
