Hello, I have just joined this list with the hope of finding someone else searching for BLOM. Charles BLOM came from Sweden around 1850, he was about 10yrs old. He married Matilda Jane Huckle & they had 12 children. Charles father's name was also Charles BLOM but there is no mention of his mother's name on his death certificate in 1912. They moved around a lot as Charles appears to have been a miner & moved around the goldfields. Some areas they lived in were Parkes,Forbes,Peak Hill, Dubbo, Hill End, Mudgee, Bathurst, Goulburn & Lake George area. Later on around mid 1880's they moved to Sydney in the Waterloo area.
