Dear Listers... We have a wonderful FLEMING/FLEMMING DNA PROJECT happening at the moment with over 25 results so far and another 6 or so in the process. If you are a FLEMING male or have a FLEMING male in your family who would like to particpate please email me. My brother WADE FLEMING has had high matches with FLEMINGS from Dromore Tyrone and Paisley Scotland and some that had lineages to the 1600s. The results are fascinating and as this project is a new one we are sponsoring the first 50 or so to get it off the ground. Normally the cost for a DNA Y Chromo Test is about $ US 225 but as we are into bulk we can do for $US155 so a considerable saving. If you do not have the funds we will find a sponsor for you... The goal to find kinship lines within the FLEMING/FLEMMING surname and to help trace origins with documented lineages going back to 11th/12th century. This is a way to help progress your FLEMING genealogy research and confirm kinship with different branches of the Fleming/Flemming Clan be they in Australia, NZ, USA, Canada, Ireland, England and Scotland or elsewhere.
