Hi Listers, I am chasing a gggrandfather by the name of William Blackie who died in Sydney in 1888. I believe he was cremated at Rookwood Cemtery, 3rd February, but I have not been able to find any entry for him. What would be the normal course of events for a cremation at that time and who would hold those records? Likewise, I have not been able to find an entry for the death of his wife Elizabeth, who was born in 1835 in Campbelltown, NSW. All told, they are both a mystery. Can SKS help to find this pair?
