Hi Jan, Maybe a longshot but I have a Mary McMaster b1842 d 1907 daughter of John McMaster and Catherine McKinnon from Kilmallie, Argyl, Scotland. Mary came out on Utopia in 1854 and I have listed as married to Peter Mathieson who died in 1890. They had nine children. I have no further details of Mathieson but have contact with another researcher descended from Catherine McKinnon - perhaps also look up NSW bdm as I remember there were lots of Mathiesons there.
