May I make a suggestion? Castlereach Street might have continued through to Redfern in 1915 where Sydney's Central Railway Station is now. Does anyone know off hand when the present Sydney Central was built (I think late 1920s). The Sydney trains used to terminate at Redfern & the commuters used to travel from Redfern to the CBD via Circular Quay trams along Broadway.
