Hello Nicole Yes, you can access details for the parts of the electoral roll for 1903 from the internet for NSW, and also NSW 1870 and 1879 (which is prior to the year you require). Website is http://www.ihr.com.au , however you have to pay a $40.00 annual subscription. This website also includes street and commercial directories from 1858-1919.
