Hi Sally, Have you ever heard of another Wilcox family in Bathurst around the 1874 time frame? I have had an email from a lady, Marissa, enquiring about the reunion, but cannot place her ancestors in our Wilcox line. The earliest she has is a John Wilcox, married to an Elizabeth Binley. They had a son John married to a Martha Gerrish in Bathurst in 1876. This couple had a son Frank born in Emmaville in 1878. She says John and Elizabeth Binley married in 1827 but has not told me if this was in Australia or not. She is going to the State Library today to try to find more details. I don't have any of these ancestors of hers on my data. She says she has about 12 relatives all wanting to come to the reunion but if they are not our family, well, it would be good to find out first. Any clues?
