    3. Dear All Does anyone know if there are any books that mention Captain John Pike c 1845. He was an officer in the 73rd regiment and a Pastoralist who had a string of properties from the Hunter Valley to Southern Queensland such as Glenguie, Tabulam West, Woodenbong and Pikedale in QLND. He died at Tours in France in 1863 and in his will he made a number of bequests to charities in Queensland. I am trying to find out the location of Captain Pikes stations around the 1845 period particularly in the Maitland or Clarence River areas and whether there are any records of convicts who were assigned to him. Does anyone know where I can start to look for this this information. Kindest Regards Alice
