Hi Bill and Michele Stewa , Tks for replying to my appeal - what a wonderful background you have for your research. I came across three entries in a reference book in the library (can't remember the name) which gives details of your Pierre du Moulin also Peter and their connection with the church in England. I doubt that there is any connection although one never knows. In Dublin there is a very large plaque at the Huguenot's graveyard at Merrion Row, Dublin. It names all the Huguenot surnames of those buried therein and Du Moulin is one of the names on the plaque. The earliest connection in my line appears to be a Pierre Moulin (born c.1663) and his wife Florance, they had two children Pierre and Jean. The father died in 1758 at the age of 95. I have a feeling that there were a great many Pierre (du) Moulin's around in those days. Tks again for your message. Irene Kiggen, Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
