I am currently compiling the Family Tree for this Family from a number of sources as well as my own research. All people in NSW (and Australia) with this name are related to the same two convicts. Peter Oonery alias Brown (AKA Omeroy; Honneroy; Honery; Honary; Homery; Onery etc) and Martha Grover The name finally became HONNERY or HORNERY with some other stray names thrown in for good measure!! (Marshall; Ford; Groves; etc) I have a lot of information to share and am keen to hear from anyone with this name or who have this name in their own tree, or have heard of the name.
