Please note the following addresses to be used for this mailing list : To subscribe / unsubscribe: To subscribe to the list in mail mode send a message to AUS-NSW-SURNAMES-L-request@rootsweb.com that contains the word 'subscribe' and nothing else. If you prefer digest mode, send the command instead to AUS-NSW-SURNAMES-D-request@rootsweb.com. To unsubscribe, send the command "unsubscribe" to AUS-NSW-SURNAMES-L-request@rootsweb.com (if in mail mode) or AUS-NSW-SURNAMES-D-request@rootsweb.com (if in digest mode.) To switch from one mode to the other, unsubscribe from one and then subscribe to the other. To post messages to the list: To post message to both AUS-NSW-SURNAMES-L and AUS-NSW-SURNAMES-D, messages should be sent to AUS-NSW-SURNAMES-L@rootsweb.com. Messages sent there will appear both places. Try to avoid including attachments with your message. Emails received with attachments will be 'bounced' by the rootsweb server.
